Cricket Force 2019 (30th March)

Hello all,

It is that time of year where every club up and down the land is preparing their ground for the 2019 season - and Studley CC is no exception.

This year, we are doing the day slightly differently - we are starting at 9am sharp - but make sure you've had your breakfast, as we will providing lunch and not breakfast this year.

The itinery is in the attached documents, but is basically as follows:

• 9am - 9.30am - EVERYONE lift sightscreens into place
• 9.30am - 12.30pm - EVERYONE get a paint brush (bring some of our own if you can) and paints the boundary fence front that follows the river (half the circumference of the pitch)
• 12.30pm - 1pm - Jacki is providing the lunch!!!
• 1pm - 4pm-ish - We split into 4 teams to do changing room cleaning, net refurb, covers (hoses), general fence and maintenance

We have a great deal to do to make our fantastic ground look great, and thus we encourage, senior, social, junior, parents and all members to come down and give some time to help the club look great.

You will see on the events/calendar, as well as the "fixture" section, the 30th March for Cricket Force - as you did for the indoor league - the opportunity to state your availability, so please do this - however, if you are not yet signed up to this site, please just come down and support! Let us know, so we know how much lunch to cook.

Therefore - I ask 2 things:

1. if you can, please set your availability status for this event (important to make sure we have enough food!) or contact me if you can or cant make it (07460109309)
2. please read the attached document and tell me what activity you volunteer for in the afternoon - bring old clothes as we are ALL painting in the morning

I will put a revised document up once I get some names against the tasks!
